I attended the Level 3 Awards In Education at Authentic Training between Nov - Dec 2019.

The course was run by Kris & John at Authentic Training in Liverpool. It included a mixture of distance learning from internet references and books which was complimented by actual lessons held at the Authentic Training classroom in Liverpool.

The premises is easy to find with plenty of parking. The classroom itself is comfortable, well-lit and a very nice environment. Refreshments were provided and there is a cafeteria in close proximity.

Whilst it was an intense course, having both Kris & John at the other end of a phone and their willingness to assist throughout the entire course made the learning process much easier. It meant that following classroom sessions, I had time to reflect on the previous learning that had been conducted and ensured that when it came to completing the required regulatory essays and assignments, I did not feel isolated or distant from the tutors.

Both Kris & John displayed a wide depth of knowledge of the subject matter and whilst it is a heavy subject to take-in, their use of student engagement & involvement and not to mention their calm & understanding manner, made the learning process very pleasant indeed.

Whilst I successfully completed and attained the qualification I required, it is certainly a credit to Kris & John that I was successful in attaining the Level 3 Award and I would not hesitate to recommend them in any future learning.

John during my Level 3 Awards in Education course.

The course was very demanding but extremely informative. It was tailored to fit within the hours of
my current job role as well as some dedicated time at home. The course took 4 weeks to complete
and I have absorbed much more than I was expecting to. I feel with the knowledge I have gained will
certainly help me to engage my audience and cater for their individual learners needs.

The support offered by Kris and John has been exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable and
willing to go the extra mile to help embed any knowledge gaps I had.

I feel very fortunate to have trained with Authentic Training, the facilities were perfect and would
definitely recommend to anyone considering further education.

Course was presented well and easy to understand. Enjoyable! learned a lot!

I completed my Level 3 Awards in Education Course with Authentic Training over 4 weeks in between November and December 2019 My tutors were John and Kris form Authentic Training who I found to be extremely supportive throughout the course.

They provided me with all the materials required to complete Units 1 – 3, and they were only a phone call away to assist with any of my questions and lack of understanding. The venue was Spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light creating the perfect learning environment.

There was also a canteen providing hot food at a reasonable cost associated the training centre. Although the course was difficult to complete the whole experience was helped and the qualification achieved, very much due to the hard work support and guidance from John and Kris. I can’t thank you both enough.
